Maxwell Van Arnem had a vision for a luxury residential building that offered the charm of city living among the eclectic mix of boutiques, bistros, galleries and shops that make up the Pineapple Grove Arts District. He saw the building as a modern residence where neighbors become friends and those who are new to Delray become instant locals – a place to live that was both beautiful and functional, with all the contemporary amenities one can expect in luxury living.

Unfortunately, Maxwell passed away suddenly in October 2021. His father, developer Harold Van Arnem, decided that amidst the tragedy he would carry on his son’s legacy. This eponymous building is an ode to Maxwell to ensure his creative spirit lives on.
